Los Vivancos 10 years on stage
The Vivancos brothers learnt from a very Young age the effort and tenacity that it takes to be a dancer. We could even say that they have known it for so long that they can no longer treat dancing as a profession or a passion, they have made it into a way of life.
Although they started their paths separately, Elías, Josua, Judah, Cristo, Israel, Aaron and Josué shared a dream since their childhood that they turned into a reality in 2007 creating the original show “7 brothers”, the first of the three shows that they have presented to the world during this 10-year journey. “7 brothers”, directed and choreographed by themselves, was a demonstration of talent and energy that charmed the audience during 90 minutes non-stop.
A few years later, “Aeternum” was born. It showed the evolution of Los Vivancos since their first show, with less improvisation, great structures and a soundtrack interpreted by the Budapest Symphonic Orchestra, which made a total of 100 musicians. Together they played very different genres, out of which we can highlight flamenco and rock. Also, the direction was assisted by experts such as Julie Hamelin or Daniele Finzi Pasca, from the Cirque du Soleil.
10 years after their debut came “Born to dance”, a high risk bet for the brothers. After a year touring worldwide, “Born to dance” still fills the theaters with people, securing the success of Los Vivancos until today, when they celebrate proudly their 10th anniversary with more passion than ever.
